Contribution & Charges

2024 Voluntary Contribution, Charges & Personal Items

The Contribution and Charges schedule is provided to families to give them an estimate of charges that may come up during the school year. Please note the figures provided are a maximum amount, and not all charges may apply to your child. Some costs, such as sport, will only apply to students selected for interschool teams etc.

Voluntary Contributions are an optional payment for parents to make to the school. Our Voluntary Contributions are set lower than the maximum amount of $60.00. We ask families to contribute $50.00 for each child. While this payment is voluntary, we ask all families to pay so we are able to maximise the opportunities presented to your child.

The School Board has approved the following information regarding the Contribution, Charges and Personal (Booklist) Items schedule for the year 2024.  The schedule is broken into four sections and allows parents to calculate all costs that MAY be incurred throughout the school year.

1. Contributions

The total amount of contributions parents and carers are being asked to pay has been contained well within the $60 maximum set in the School Education Act and Regulations 2000.  The School Board would like to emphasise that the contribution per child equates to $1.25 per week over the year.  All contributions are used for the direct benefit of the children.  We are very grateful to everyone who supports the school in this way.
