Westminster Primary School is a local intake school. An eligible child whose place of residence is within the intake area is guaranteed enrolment in the compulsory years of primary schooling (Pre Primary to Year 6). To obtain an enrolment application please see our Administration staff or download the enrolment form below.
Applications can be submitted in the front office during the school term between 8:30am and 3:30pm with the following Supporting Documentation.
Once you have completed and submitted your application for enrolment with the required documentation you will be given a full enrolment pack. The completed enrolment pack is then reviewed by the Principal.
Westminster Primary School always likes to discuss the needs of a new student to ensure their transition is as smooth as can be. This can include contacting the previous school or other agency representatives who may be involved. Kindergarten students are non-compulsory age and will need to re-apply to enrol as a compulsory student for Pre Primary.
Fraudulent enrolments – Should an application for enrolment contain missing or false information the enrolment can be cancelled. (Please refer to the School Education Act, Section 20).
Applications for enrolment MUST be emailed to Westminster.PS @education.wa.edu.au or brought to the school office.
Out of boundary applications for enrolment will be considered, however please note that an Application may be made at one public school.
